As per the publication, after the Tanzanian General Electoral body released the Presidential results and declared Her Excellency Samia Suluhu as the winner, chaos immediately erupted in several towns and regions in Tanzania and later escalated to major road blockages and untimely arson targeting public offices.
The chaos reportedly went overboard thus threatening to destabilize the East African nation which has always enjoyed peace and political stability for decades since gaining self independence.
As a result, on the evening of Wednesday, October 30th, President Samia Suluhu was reportedly forced to seek help from H.E President William Ruto and Uganda's long-time President Hon Yoweri Museveni and through lengthy separate phone calls, she consulted on the next step to take.
Even though details of their conversations remain scanty, Samia Suluhu reportedly enquired on the management of regional media, border management and possible mediation between her and Tanzania's opposition leaders in bid to bring the untimely chaos to a stop.
Aside from that, the source further highlighted that as of now, Samia Suluhu has not yet been able to notify the western embassies of what has been transpiring in the republic of Tanzania leaving them in the dark over her next steps to calm down the tensions
