Judicial Showdown Looms: Activist Vows to Fight Judges’ Ruling in High-Stakes Kindiki Case

The bench, chaired by Judge Eric Ogolla, firmly rejected Aura’s application, stating he had failed to present sufficient evidence to prove alleged bias.
